Academic Coordinator (Cambridge Curriculum)

At Wisfield International School, we are building a learning environment where academic excellence meets character development. As a growing Cambridge school, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Academic Coordinator to strengthen our academic systems and mentor our teaching team.

Role Overview:

The Academic Coordinator will oversee curriculum planning, academic implementation, teacher support, and quality assurance across primary grades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, review, and align curriculum as per Cambridge framework
• Monitor lesson plans, assessments, and academic documentation
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
• Support teachers with instructional strategies and classroom management
• Lead staff meetings, training sessions, and academic reviews
• Ensure timely completion of portions, assessments, and reports
• Maintain high academic standards and learner progress tracking
• Coordinate with the Principal on academic planning and improvements
  

Requirement:

• Master’s Degree in Education or relevant subject
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience (Cambridge experience preferred)
• Prior leadership/coordination experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
