About The Role
Valto Inc is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Goshen, Indiana manufacturing facility. This pivotal role reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and supports both the Plant Manager and the Site Team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for managing all local sourcing and recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless hiring process, and maintaining the integrity of applicant data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This position plays a vital role in attracting top talent, fostering positive candidate experiences, and supporting the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ADP Workforce Now and possess familiarity with manufacturing or similar industries, demonstrating the ability to adapt recruitment strategies to meet operational needs.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ATS systems, with ADP Workforce Now experience highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative work style and high team orientation.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer service-oriented mindset, capable of building positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the Goshen facility, ensuring timely and effective placement of candidates to meet operational demands.
- Implement best practices throughout the hiring process, maintaining a focus on providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Valto’s mission, values, and work environment to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, and hiring managers to strengthen the talent pipeline.
- Coordinate outreach activities, including local career fairs and community engagement initiatives, to increase visibility and attract diverse candidates.
- Develop innovative and out-of-the-box recruiting strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all social media and online presence are current and aligned with employer branding efforts.
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on internal and external platforms, including external agency partnerships.
- Prepare and send offer letters, facilitate new hire onboarding processes, and support workforce planning initiatives.
