Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a 3D Interior Designer based in Tamil Nadu, India. The 3D Interior Designer will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces through effective space planning and design. Day-to-day tasks include developing concepts, producing construction drawings, selecting furnishings and finishes (FF&E), and collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project success. The role requires attention to detail, creativity, and strong project management abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and visually appealing layouts
• Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate designs into executable plans
• Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as independently
• Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, )
• A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Prior relevant work experience in interior design or architecture is an advantage
