Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Video Producer to join our team. The Video Producer will be responsible for creating engaging video content that showcases our software products, company culture, and brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for storytelling and an eye for visual aesthetics. The role involves managing the video production process from concept to final delivery, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team, product owners and clients to develop video content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategy
• Plan and execute video shoots, including location scouting, casting, lighting, and sound.
• Produce, write, shoot, and edit videos for various purposes, such as product demos, tutorials, talk showa, customer testimonials, event highlights, and social media.
• Manage the post-production process, including video editing, sound mixing, color grading, and motion graphics.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for new video projects and pitches.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our video content.
• Manage video assets and maintain organized files and archives.
• Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies when necessary.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in video production, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality video content, including concept development, scripting, filming, and post-production
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• A passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.
