Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure and facility maintenance management

Responsible for collecting infrastructure and maintenance requirements (OA process), supplier comparison and screening, construction follow-up, and acceptance for the office area and factory;

Manage the production and updating of signage, advertising boards, and other facilities in the factory area.


2. Comprehensive logistics support

Coordinate logistics affairs such as catering, vehicle scheduling, and dormitory management;

Responsible for the daily management and service quality supervision of cleaning, drivers, and security teams;

Ensure the daily operation needs of factories and offices.


3. Administrative reception and external support

Undertake administrative external liaison work such as business reception, visitor reception, and meeting arrangements;

Support high-level visits and external event organization.


4. Government affairs and visa processing

Handle Exit&Re entry round-trip visas, business visa extensions, invitation letters, and Chamber of Commerce certifications, etc;

Responsible for operating and maintaining relevant government websites, ensuring the validity of licenses.


5. Procurement and Asset Management

Responsible for the procurement and warehouse management of office supplies, daily consumables, etc;

Establish a material ledger, control costs, and maintain reasonable inventory.


6. Expense Management and Reimbursement Payment

Manage administrative related supplier payments.




Job Qualifications

1, Bachelor degree or above

2, With more than 2 years working experience better;

3,Can accept six-day work
