Green Start Hiring | Zonal Business Manager (ZBM) – Micro Housing

Location: Karnataka & Tamil Nadu (Rural Markets)

We are looking for an experienced leader to drive the Micro Housing business across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.

Key Requirements:

✅ Minimum 20 years of experience in Housing Finance/NBFC

✅ Must be currently handling the Micro Housing business

✅ Experience managing 40–50 branches and a team of 200–250 employees

✅ Proven track record of delivering ₹30 Crores+ monthly business

✅ Strong exposure to rural markets across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu

✅ Experience leading Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Executives

Preferred Candidates:

• Based in Karnataka or Tamil Nadu
• Candidates from Raichur, Koppal, Gadag, or Ballari are highly preferred.
• Candidates based in Bangalore or Chennai without rural Micro Housing experience will not be considered.
