INTAS Foundation, CSR arm of Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd., is committed to drive meaningful corporate social responsibility initiatives aimed at uplifting underserved communities across India. Key initiatives such as Apna Ghar, Blood for Life, Patient Assistance Programs, and Emerging Initiatives, impacted over 6.9 million lives across thirty-one (31) States and Union territories. The CSR projects are operational through resolute regional and state teams working cohesively to design, implement, and scale up activities to deliver tangible outcomes. As part of its continued efforts, Foundation is looking to onboard seasoned professional to lead the CSR operations in the region. Seeking a compassionate and driven professional to lead our CSR project implementation efforts in Western India including key locations like Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Pune, Nagpur, Mumbai and Raipur. This role involves managing ongoing interventions while expanding their reach to new geographies. Candidate will be responsible for program execution, stakeholder engagement, team management, and ensuring that initiatives such as Apna Ghar project runs seamlessly and sustainably.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage on-ground implementation of CSR projects in alignment with organizational goals and key deliverables.
  • Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and defining impact indicators as per Theory of Chage, OECD and SDG framework and ensure outcomes are measured through impact assessment and reporting.
  • Network and coordinate with key stakeholders such as government authorities, hospitals, doctors, civil society and local leaders to ensure seamless process flow.
  • Ensure hygienic, safe and secure environment for cancer patients and caregivers at Transit Homes where free accommodation, meals, sanitation, and counselling support provisioned.
  • Monitor inventory and supply chain to ensure operational readiness of estate and its upkeep and coordinate for timely delivery of project outputs.
  • Foster core values and a culture of empathetic and sensitive work environment while delivering project results through various third-party agencies.
  • Recruit, retain and manage talent through town halls, Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and encouraging teams to participate through paper presentations and knowledge exchange with peers across the board.
  • Act as the primary contact (SOPC) for all regional matters related to CSR projects and streamline communication between project teams, hospital partners, beneficiaries and central CSR teams.
  • Familiarise with Project MIS and dashboard, prepare and present Regional MIS and activity progress, and ensure that the regional impact is captured well in the project quarterly reports, documentation and social media platforms.
  • Ensure adherence and compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and CSR regulations in project execution and timely delivery of project outputs.

Required Skills And Knowledge

  • Handson experience with CSR Project management & reporting.
  • Demonstrated skills in handling large multi-state healthcare project.
  • Experience in handling project cashflows and settlements.
  • Proficiency in application and deployment of digital technologies and tools.
  • Ability to recruit, retain and manage remote teams (25–30 members).
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proven leadership, team & stakeholder management skills.
  • Sectoral knowledge (Healthcare, NCDs and Blood disorders).
  • Attention to detail, especially in documentation, reporting, and compliance.

Qualification

Master’s in Social Work, Public Health, Hospital Administration, or a related field.

Experience

10+ years in social sector project implementation, preferably in healthcare or patient welfare

Based on candidate’s experience/qualifications along with benefits include group life insurance, accidental insurance, and reimbursement of travel, medical insurance and leaves as per policy. The position requires 40% travel within and outside the state.
