Job Description

Graduate degree in Computer Science/IT, or a graduate degree in Engineering with a Master’s degree in Computer Applications; specialization in IT system development or application is desirable.
Approximately 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in the design and development of system architecture for Asset Management Systems or web-based programming, including data integration with application software such as GIS, RIS, PMS, etc.
Experience in implementation support, user training, and project management systems, including the application of GIS/MIS for management functions
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, such as Senior Software Engineer or Group Leader, in the development and practical application of IT and other soft computing tools, or customization of commercial-off-the-shelf software for Asset Management Systems.
Experience in data analysis, integration of sub-module systems, risk management, database management, troubleshooting, software debugging, and reporting.
Well conversant with the application of Information Technology and Management Information Systems, including integration of AMS tools for web-based applications and operational compatibility with various e-Governance schemes of the State Government or Government of India.
Experience in capacity building and training programs.
