SkyPod Immigration Consulting Inc. is a Canada-based immigration consulting firm providing professional immigration services to clients worldwide. We are continuously improving our internal systems and workflows and are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to help customize and optimize our Zoho ecosystem.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Developer with strong technical expertise in Zoho applications and CRM customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing custom modules, automating workflows, improving CRM processes, and supporting system integrations to streamline business operations.

This is a remote contract position based in India, but the candidate must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM modules according to business requirements
• Build and implement Zoho CRM Blueprints and workflow automation
• Develop scripts using Deluge for advanced automation
• Customize Zoho applications including Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Campaigns where required
• Integrate Zoho with third-party applications using APIs and webhooks
• Optimize CRM processes to improve sales, operations, and client management workflows
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain system performance
• Work closely with the management team to understand operational requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Ensure proper documentation of system architecture and development work
• Provide ongoing technical support and improvements to the Zoho ecosystem

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience working with Zoho CRM and Zoho ecosystem
• Strong expertise in Zoho Deluge scripting
• Experience with Zoho Creator application development
• Experience implementing Zoho CRM Blueprints and automation workflows
• Knowledge of API integrations and third-party system connections
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and business process automation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with service-based companies or consulting firms
• Experience integrating Zoho with payment systems, marketing platforms, or communication tools
• Strong documentation and system planning skills

Compensation

Monthly Contract Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 INR (depending on experience)
