Zoho CRM Developer & Automation Specialist: Location: Bangalore (On-site/Hybrid) Function: Growth Operations (CRM, Automation & Email) Experience: 4?5 years (Zoho ecosystem preferred) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role DigiMak Agency is scaling rapidly and seeking a high-ownership Zoho CRM Developer & Automation Specialist to architect, automate, and optimize our revenue stack. You?ll own CRM design, integrations, data integrity, and email automation that power operations and lead generation across different channels. Key Responsibilities : A) CRM Management (Zoho One Ecosystem) Own core Zoho One apps? CRM, Campaigns, Books, Creator, Analytics (plus Flow/Desk as needed). Design custom modules , fields, Blueprints , validation rules, webforms , and assignment rules . Build end-to-end commercial workflows: Leads ? Deals ? Quotes ? Sales Orders ? Invoices ? Payments (Books). Implement billing & invoicing automations; reconcile data with finance and delivery teams. Maintain CRM hygiene: dedupe, enrichment, GDPR-compliant consent , archival policies, and performance tuning. Develop Deluge functions, REST API integrations, and JS/HTML assets for custom components. Create role-based dashboards & reports for Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Leadership. Write SOPs, train users, and maintain process documentation and change logs. B) Email Marketing (Zoho Campaigns, SmartLead, etc.) Architect lifecycle email journeys : onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, ABM sequences. Manage multi-domain DNS , SPF/DKIM/DMARC , warm-ups, inbox placement, and deliverability. Build responsive HTML templates , manage A/B tests, and optimize for open/click/reply rates. Govern opt-in/opt-out, suppression lists , bounce handling, and compliance. C) Lead Data & List Building Source and enrich data via Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Uplead, Clay (or similar). Design segmentation (ICP, tiering, intent, geo, industry) aligned to campaigns and sales plays. Sync and QA data between CRM ? Campaigns to ensure single source of truth. Success Metrics (KPIs) Data quality: >98% valid emails, <2% bounce rate on cold sends. Speed-to-lead: <5 minutes from capture to routing with SLA alerts. Pipeline visibility: complete funnel reporting with stage conversion accuracy >95%. Deliverability: Inbox placement & domain health maintained across all sending domains. Automation coverage: % of manual tasks replaced by workflows/Deluge functions. Qualifications 4?5 years in CRM development & email automation, ideally wit hin Zoho. Stro n g Delug e, HTM L, Jav aS cript, and REST API skil ls; experience with Zoho Creat or/Flow is a plus.Prove n delivery of CRM c ustomizations, com mercial workflow automation (quotes, SOs, invoices), and third-party integrations.Comfo rtable with data modeling, normalization, dedupe logic, and compliance.Backg round in tech/ engineering/software pref erred.Excel lent English communication (written & verbal).Banga lore-based or w illing to relocate.
