Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative YouTube Producer – Brands to manage and grow brand-led YouTube channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branded content, storytelling, and performance-driven video strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute YouTube content strategies for brand channels.
• Write and supervise scripts aligned with the brand tone and audience.
• Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
• Manage end-to-end video production (ideation to publishing).
• Analyze performance using YouTube Analytics and optimize content accordingly.
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and marketing teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of content as per brand requirements and calendars.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in YouTube/content production (preferably for brands or agencies).
• Strong skills in scripting and storytelling for digital content.
• Hands-on experience with YouTube Analytics and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and client-handling experience.
• Understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and audience engagement.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand accounts.
