Description Job Title : Flutter Developer Experience Required : 3 to 6 Years Location : Noida 62 Employment Type : Full-time About The Role We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer who has hands-on experience in building high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Dart, state management tools, app performance optimization, and deployment processes for Play Store and App Store. Key Responsibilities Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Implement effective state management using GetX, BLoC, or Riverpod (BLoC or Riverpod preferred). Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code with a strong grasp of OOPs concepts. Implement multi-threading and asynchronous operations effectively in Dart. Integrate APIs and manage network communication using DiO or similar platforms. Develop pixel-perfect UIs matching designs from Figma. Create animations and transitions to enhance user experience. Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth app performance using Dart Dev Tools. Manage app signing, build creation, and deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Ensure data synchronization between Flutter and native modules. Integrate analytics and marketing tools like GA, MoEngage, CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Amplitude. Monitor and manage crash reporting and performance using Crashlytics, Sentry, or similar tools. Required Skills Strong experience with Flutter and Dart. Proficiency in one or more state management solutions (GetX, BLoC, Riverpod). Solid understanding of API integration and network handling. Excellent knowledge of mobile app deployment processes. Familiarity with app analytics, user engagement, and monitoring tools. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with native Android/iOS development is a plus. Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
