Workforce Operations Manager (Healthcare)

Summit Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a leading healthcare technology company to place a Workforce Operations Manager in a direct hire role.

The Role

Own platform adoption and operational performance across hospital sites. This is a hands-on, in-building role driving real change, improving staffing efficiency, reducing labor costs, and increasing platform utilization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead on-site implementation & adoption of workforce platform
• Identify inefficiencies in staffing, scheduling, and labor spend
• Drive cost savings, utilization, and operational improvements
• Train clinical + admin teams and lead change management
• Track KPIs (adoption, overtime, fill rates, ROI)
• Partner with hospital leadership to optimize workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Experience or strong exposure to hospital operations / staffing / workforce management
• Background in healthcare ops, SaaS implementation, or change management
• Strong problem-solver with a hands-on, execution mindset
• Comfortable working on-site with stakeholders at all levels
• Tech-savvy; able to learn and drive platform usage quickly
• Open to local travel (Baltimore area)
