We?re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and making work better for everyone. As a People Technology Testing Lead, you?ll play a central role in delivering quality enhancements and supporting day-to-day system improvements. You?ll partner with Enablement, Level 2 and Level 3 support teams to test updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything we release works as expected. Familiarity with configuration, security testing, and business process flows. A keen eye for detail and confidence in raising issues or insights. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with global teams and manage deadlines across time zones. A proactive mindset-you enjoy learning and improving how things work. Nice to have: Experience supporting HRIS/People Technology teams. Exposure to security architecture or integrations is a plus. What we offer: A supportive team culture where your ideas are valued. Flexible work arrangements. Opportunities to grow your skills and career. We?re an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you need any adjustments during the hiring process, we?re happy to support you-just let us know. Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
