About The Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Projects & Project Billing Integration team, responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integrations that streamline project accounting, billing, and revenue recognition. This role ensures seamless connectivity between Workday Financials and external systems, enabling efficient project lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Workday Finance Integrations supporting project accounting and billing processes.
Configure and support Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Cloud Connect for Financials.
Collaborate with Finance, Project Management, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing integrations.
Ensure compliance with financial data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Document integration processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Skills & Expertise

Hands-on experience with Workday Finance Integration tools (Studio, Core Connectors, EIB).
Strong knowledge of Projects & Project Billing processes including project setup, billing schedules, revenue recognition, and reporting.
Proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, and Document Transformation.
Familiarity with ERP systems, project accounting, and billing tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
