LogiQlink Technologies is looking for a results-driven CRM Automation Specialist who can streamline and optimize our customer journey through smart automation and efficient CRM workflows. This role is ideal for professionals who can blend technology with marketing and sales processes to drive measurable business outcomes.

• Design, build, and optimize CRM workflows and automation systems
• Set up lead capture, nurturing, and follow-up sequences
• Integrate CRM with websites, landing pages, and third-party tools
• Automate email campaigns, lead scoring, and segmentation
• Monitor and improve funnel performance and conversion rates
• Identify gaps in customer journey and implement automation solutions
• Maintain clean and structured CRM data
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer lifecycle
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier / Make (Integromat)
• Basic understanding of landing pages, lead generation, and conversion optimization
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve performance metrics
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills

• Experience working with WordPress or landing page builders
• Knowledge of email marketing tools and campaign automation
• Prior experience in a freelance/contract-based role
• Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
