Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Whatfix Implementation Consultant with strong SAP functional and technical experience to lead and deliver Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) implementations for enterprise customers. In this role, you will work closely with customer business users, SAP functional teams, and technical stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy Whatfix solutions that drive user adoption, productivity, and process efficiency across SAP landscapes.

This is a customer‑facing, onsite role ideal for consultants who enjoy translating complex SAP processes into intuitive, in‑app user guidance and enablement experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Whatfix implementations on SAP applications (S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand SAP processes, user personas, and adoption challenges
• Design and build Whatfix content including:
• Guided walkthroughs
• Smart tips and tooltips
• Task lists and self‑help widgets
• Configure Whatfix to align with SAP UI standards, security, and role‑based access
• Partner with SAP functional, technical, and Basis teams during implementation and rollout
• Support UAT, go‑live, and post‑production stabilization activities
• Use Whatfix analytics and insights to measure adoption, identify friction points, and recommend improvements
• Provide best‑practice guidance on digital adoption, change management, and user enablement
• Document implementation approach, configurations, and customer‑specific use cases
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on SAP digital transformation and adoption strategy
• Work closely with internal Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to ensure successful customer outcomes

Required Technical & Professional Skills

• 3–6+ years of experience in SAP consulting, application support, or enterprise application implementation
• Hands‑on experience implementing or supporting Whatfix or similar Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP)
• Working knowledge of SAP modules and applications such as:
• SAP S/4HANA or ECC
• SAP Fiori
• SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, or SAP HR (preferred)
• Ability to understand complex SAP business processes and translate them into user‑friendly guidance
• Experience working with enterprise customers in industries such as Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
• Passion for user experience, digital adoption, and enterprise enablement
