Senior Implementation Specialist – Manufacturing Domain

      We are looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist with a strong background       in the manufacturing domain. The candidate will be responsible for deploying and managing SaaS-based solutions on shop floors, ensuring seamless integration with client operations, and driving successful adoption.

• Understand end-to-end manufacturing processes including production planning, inventory management, quality control, and shopfloor operations
• Lead implementation of SaaS solutions at client sites across manufacturing units
• Gather and analyze client requirements and map them to product capabilities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Support) for smooth deployment
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients during implementation and post-go-live support
• Conduct training sessions for client teams and ensure user adoption
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution
• Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and client requirements

• Experience in manufacturing operations / industrial engineering / production or related domain
• Experience in SaaS implementation, preferably in manufacturing or industrial software
• Strong understanding of shopfloor processes, MES, ERP integrations
• Excellent client handling and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site with clients and manage multiple stakeholders
