We are looking for a proactive Assistant Operations Manager to support daily outlet operations, ensure smooth execution, and assist in scaling multiple QSR locations.

• Support daily outlet operations and coordination across locations
• Monitor store performance, sales, and operational efficiency
• Assist in staff management, scheduling, and training
• Ensure proper SOP execution and quality standards
• Coordinate with vendors for supplies and logistics
• Handle inventory tracking and stock management
• Assist in store setup and launch activities
• Resolve basic operational issues and escalations
• Work closely with Operations Head for execution and reporting

• 2–3 years experience in QSR / F&B operations preferred
• Good understanding of store operations and team handling
• Basic knowledge of inventory and POS systems
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
