🌟 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to lead ERP implementation, analyze business requirements, configure Odoo modules, and ensure seamless business process optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Odoo ERP and excellent stakeholder management skills.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules based on business needs
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and user manuals
• Coordinate with the technical team for customizations and integrations
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues
• Train end users and provide post-implementation support
• Optimize business processes and recommend ERP best practices
• Ensure successful ERP implementation and project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant
• Strong expertise in Odoo modules – Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, etc.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end ERP implementation and business process mapping
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prepare functional documentation and conduct user training
• Basic understanding of Odoo technical concepts and SQL will be an added advantage
