Company Description PANKH Therapy & Development Centre is a multidisciplinary Child Development and Early Intervention center that provides comprehensive services for children and their families. Role Description The Occupational Therapist (Pediatric) will work full time on-site in the Greater Agra Area, providing individualized and group therapy to children with developmental, sensory, and functional challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting progress in alignment with professional standards. The role involves delivering evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy, including sensory integration, fine and gross motor skill development, activities of daily living training, and school-readiness interventions. The therapist will collaborate closely with speech therapists, special educators, and other team members, and will provide parent and caregiver guidance to support carryover of strategies at home. Participation in case discussions, interdisciplinary planning, and continuing professional development activities is expected.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, intervention planning, and pediatric-focused treatment techniques.
- Knowledge of Pediatrics and child development, with the ability to address developmental delays, sensory processing issues, and functional challenges.
- Understanding of Rehabilitation principles and practices, including goal-setting, progress monitoring, and functional outcome measurement.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members, and for providing clear parent guidance.
- Recognized degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; relevant licensure/registration as required by local regulations.
- Experience in pediatric therapy or child development settings is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a child-centered approach.
- Basic documentation and computer skills for maintaining clinical records and reports.
