💼 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Credit Onboarding Executive to manage end-to-end customer onboarding for credit products. The role involves document verification, credit assessment support, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end onboarding of customers for credit/loan products

• Verify KYC, income, bank, and other required documents

• Coordinate with sales, credit, and risk teams for smooth processing

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer data in systems

• Follow credit policies, compliance norms, and regulatory guidelines

• Track onboarding status and resolve discrepancies or pending issues

• Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records

• Support credit underwriting and approval process when required

• Meet turnaround time (TAT) and quality benchmarks

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in credit onboarding, loan processing, or operations

• Strong knowledge of KYC norms, credit documentation, and loan processes

• Experience with LOS/LMS or banking/financial systems

• Good communication and coordination skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work under deadlines

⭐ Preferred Experience

• Experience in NBFC, Bank, Fintech, or Financial Services

• Exposure to personal loans, business loans, or secured/unsecured lending
