We are seeking an NC3 Certified Welding Trainer to deliver cutting-edge training in Advanced Welding & Robotics at ISIEINDIA. Responsibilities & Work Role ? Welding Trainer (ISIEINDIA) ? Conduct classroom and hands-on training in Advanced Welding and Robotics for students, trainees, and professionals. ? Deliver sessions on various welding processes. ? Train and mentor learners for international certification standards (NC3). ? Develop and update training modules, lesson plans, and technical content in line with industry practices. ? Supervise practical workshops, ensuring safe usage of welding equipment, machines, and robotic systems. ? Ensure compliance with international safety standards and best practices in welding labs and training centers. ? Conduct assessments and evaluations, track trainee performance, and prepare reports. ? Collaborate with the Business Development & Partnership Cell to align training with industry demands and placement opportunities. ? Guide trainees in career readiness, industry certification, and skill development. ? Stay updated with the latest trends in welding automation, robotics, and inspection technologies to continuously improve training quality. Requirements: ? Diploma/Degree in Engineering. ? NC3 (National Coalition of Certification Centers) Certification or equivalent international recognition. ? Strong understanding of welding automation, robotics, and industrial applications. ? Strong presentation and mentoring skills. Location: Odisha Salary: Up to ?5 LPA Joining: Immediate
