White Tank & Truck Repair, a leading full-service tank truck repair company serving the Greater St. Louis area since 1988, is hiring a Welder/Fabricator to join our Belleville team.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Day Shift)
Journeyman Pay: $34.35 per hour
Bonuses: Additional pay available for advanced skills and employer certifications
Overtime: Available
Scheduled wage increases

What You’ll Do

Weld and repair aluminum pneumatic and liquid tank trailers
Weld stainless steel tankers and suspension components
Fabricate and install wet kits, blowers, and PTO drive systems on heavy-duty trucks
Diagnose and repair late-model Class 8 trucks (Kenworth, Freightliner, etc.)
Perform structural repairs and custom fabrication projects
Maintain quality and safety standards in a professional shop environment

What We’re Looking For

MIG and/or TIG welding experience (aluminum and stainless preferred)
Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings (preferred)
Experience working on heavy-duty trucks or tank trailers (a plus)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
