Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India for a Wedding Designer. The Wedding Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing event designs that align with client visions. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, creating mood boards and design plans, coordinating with vendors, overseeing on-site event setups, and ensuring the flawless execution of design elements during events. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong design and creative skills, with experience in conceptualizing and executing event themes
• Proficiency in client management and effective communication to understand and fulfill client needs
• Project management skills, including organizational abilities and working within deadlines
• Knowledge of vendor coordination, material sourcing, and budgeting for event designs
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic on-site conditions during event execution
• Experience in event execution and wedding design is highly preferred
• Passion for design and an interest in destination weddings and international travel
