Web Research Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to perform web-based research using primary

public sources to verify, update, and maintain accurate company and contact information.

The Senior Web Researcher will use company websites, government sources, registries, and

reputable third-party sources to ensure records are complete, current, and actionable, and

will contribute to quality improvement and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

 Research and verify company and contact data using public sources (company sites,

government portals, registries, third-party databases)

 Update records to ensure accuracy of employment, titles, company details, and contact

information

 Cross-check sources to confirm reliability and resolve discrepancies

 Maintain clear documentation of sources used for each record

 Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets

 Support onboarding and knowledge sharing for junior researchers

Skill Set:

Communication Skills:

 Clear written communication and documentation

 Ability to interpret and summarize source information accurately

 Ability to provide constructive feedback to peers

Research and Data Collection:

 Strong web research skills using public sources and search tools

 Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry

 Ability to handle complex or ambiguous records

Technical Skills:

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

 Ability to quickly learn new tools and workflows

Experience:

 2 to 4 years of experience in web research, data verification, or data collection

Education:

 Graduate in any discipline (Business, Communications, IT, or similar preferred)
