Web Development Trainer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Web Development Trainer. The Web Development Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions on web development to aspiring students, create and update curriculum and training materials, provide mentorship and foster an interactive learning environment. The Trainer will also assess and support students’ progression, ensuring competency in technical skills, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

• Experience in Training, Training & Development, and Curriculum Development to effectively design and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Strong Communication skills to clearly convey complex concepts and provide constructive feedback.
• Knowledge in Human Resources (HR) to understand diverse learning needs and foster a supportive environment.
• Proficiency in web development technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Leadership and mentorship experience is advantageous, along with a passion for empowering students.
