What will you be doing? 

Website Development & Customization

• Develop and maintain custom websites using Wix Editor and Wix Studio
• Build dynamic pages, CMS database collections, and interactive user experiences using Wix Velo (JavaScript)
• Customize templates, layouts, and components to align with brand guidelines and project requirements
• Integrate third-party tools, Wix Apps, and APIs (e.g., forms, booking systems, payment gateways)
• Ensure all websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and optimized for mobile devices

Performance, SEO & Quality Assurance

•     Optimize websites for SEO, page speed, and overall performance
•     Implement Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager integrations within Wix
•     Conduct thorough testing and QA across browsers and devices before launches
•     Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, layout issues, and performance problems on time

Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

•  Manage website updates, content revisions, and routine maintenance tasks
•  Monitor website performance post-launch and recommend improvements based on analytics data
•  Stay current with Wix platform updates, new features, and evolving front-end best practices
•  Maintain organized documentation for website structures, integrations, and workflows
• Digital Presence & Brand Consistency
•  Manage and update website content, including service pages, blogs, case studies, and landing pages
•  Ensure consistent visual identity and brand guidelines are maintained across all web properties
• Manage domain settings, Wix dashboard administration, and hosting configurations
•  Support internal teams by building campaign-specific landing pages and promotional content pages
•  Monitor digital touchpoints and suggest improvements to strengthen the company's online presence

What we need from you: Required Skills

• 2 years of web development experience, with hands-on focus on Wix (Wix Editor and/or Wix Studio)
• Working knowledge of Wix Velo and JavaScript for custom functionality and dynamic content
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience building custom forms, user flows, and managing CMS database collections on Wix
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and integration of Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug website issues effectively
•  Experience with third-party integrations and Wix App Market tools
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver projects on time in a fast-paced startup setting

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to other platforms or frameworks such as WordPress, Webflow, or React
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and landing page optimization
• Experience working in a B2B technology, SaaS, or IT consulting environment

• Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in Web Development or a closely related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field
• Mandatory: A demonstrable portfolio of Wix projects from full-time work, internships, freelance, or academic projects
• A genuine passion for building clean, user-friendly websites and a keen eye for design quality

Note: While this role is structured for professionals with around 2 years of experience, we value tool expertise, hands-on portfolio work, and a results-driven mindset over years of formal employment alone.
