Web Developer (with Graphic Design Skills)

We are looking for a hands-on NextJS Web Developer who can also handle graphic design requirements for websites and digital assets. You will build and maintain modern, responsive websites and landing pages, create UI visuals and brand-aligned creative assets, and collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to deliver polished, conversion-focused experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Development

• Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages (mobile-first).
• Convert Figma/Adobe designs into clean, reusable, performant UI.
• Develop components/pages using modern NextJS/HTML/CSS/JS and framework basics.
• Optimize for speed, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Maintain code quality, structure, and documentation.

Graphic Design / UI Support

• Design website banners, hero sections, icons, and marketing creatives.
• Create and refine layouts, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Support branding consistency across web pages and digital content.
• Prepare assets for web (SVG/PNG/WebP), optimize sizes, and maintain libraries.

Required Skills

• Strong in NextJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with responsive UI, Flexbox/Grid, modern CSS practices
• Good understanding of SEO basics, page performance, and accessibility
• Comfortable working from Figma designs
• Graphic design skills using Photoshop / Illustrator (or similar tools)
• Ability to create web-ready assets (icons, banners, image optimization)
• Strong attention to detail and layout sense (spacing, alignment, typography)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
