Umbrella Collective is an AI-driven Production Company crafting ads, social content for brands that like to stand out. We mix sharp design, clever ideas, and solid craft and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team.

Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, from planning to archival. You coordinate the work of creative and technical teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards. You continuously maintain the project brief, track client timelines, and communicate relevant information to the team to ensure smooth execution. The role’s purpose is to ensure projects are managed in a transparent, structured, and efficient way, aligning team responsibilities and consistently monitoring all processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Professional and administrative management of post-production processes for projects.
• Communication and briefing with the creative team (editors, animators, graphic designers, 3D artists, subcontractors) throughout all project phases.
• Creating and continuously monitoring project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Keeping track of client timelines and communicating relevant information to artists to prevent delays.
• Keeping the projects on brief, consistently communicating tasks and priorities to the team.
• Conducting project debriefs and preparing quotations.
• Quality control and overseeing the entire project workflow.
• Archiving and documenting project materials upon completion.
• Acting as a communication bridge between the client service team and post-production artists in case of issues or roadblocks.
• Participating in client calls when needed to ensure all project stakeholders are up to date.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency or film production.
• Fluent English proficiency, German is a "nice to have".
• Highly precise and detail-oriented, capable of accurately tracking multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong project management skills with hands-on experience using project tracking tools (e.g., PT software, Monday.com).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating between creative teams and the Client Service team.
• Well-organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to act as a communication bridge between post-production artists and the Client Service team.
• Creative problem-solving and proactive mindset, not just task execution.
• Knowledge of post-production softwares (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Nuke, Cinema 4D, Houdini) – understanding their purpose without necessarily using them.
