Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Webflow Designer to manage the design, development, and maintenance of our global web presence. You will be responsible for our landing pages, blogs, and other web assets across our core markets in India, MEA, and SEA.

Your focus will be on building high-performing pages that convert. You will own the process from design to publishing, ensuring our site is lightning-fast and provides a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and ship high-converting web pages directly in Webflow (including Homepage, Product, Careers, and Landing Pages).
• Regional Localization: Implement and manage Webflow Localization workflows. Customize UX/UI elements for regional requirements, such as currency formats and regional social proof, utilizing regional subdirectories (e.g., /en-in, /en-ae).
• Performance & SEO: Execute International SEO best practices, including tag management and metadata localization. Prioritize "mobile-first" optimization to ensure high performance.
• CMS & Content Publishing: Build and manage scalable CMS structures. You will be responsible for taking content from the marketing team and publishing it (blogs, case studies, and regional updates) ensuring all marketing collaterals are live and accurately formatted.
• Maintenance: Proactively manage site health, security, and third-party integrations (CRM, Analytics, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience

• Webflow Mastery: Deep experience with advanced Webflow features, including Interactions 2.0, CMS, and the Localization suite.
• Design Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma to create clean, modern UI/UX mockups before moving to build.
• Technical Foundation: Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript to extend functionality beyond native Webflow limits.
• Speed & Agility: As an immediate joiner, you must be comfortable jumping into a live environment and delivering high-quality results from Week 1.
