Candidate Specification – 14+ years of experience. Hands‑on with GA4/GTM.

Job Description

Function: Digital Marketing CoE.

Role Type: Full-time, People + Practice Leadership.

14–16 years in digital analytics; 8+ years hands‑on with GA4/GTM (incl. server‑side).

Expert in data layer design, GA4 schema, Enhanced Ecommerce, consent mode, Measurement Protocol.

Strong in SQL/BigQuery, Looker Studio/Power BI, and API integrations (Conversion APIs).

Proven pre‑sales experience crafting RFP/RFI solutions and leading enterprise pilots/transformations.

Working knowledge of A/B testing (Optimizely/VWO) and CDP/audience activation (Segment/Tealium).
