Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Visakhapatnam. The role involves engaging in the company's recruitment and consultancy services, managing client relationships, sourcing candidates, coordinating with clients, and ensuring optimal placement solutions. The selected candidate will contribute to the company's vision by delivering high-quality recruitment services tailored to our clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify, source, and engage top talent for various technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Proficiency in candidate screening, onboarding, and follow-up.
• Experience in managing recruitment workflows and using recruitment software or tools, if available.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment assignments effectively.
• Familiarity with labor laws, employment trends, and recruitment best practices is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
