We are looking for an experienced professional to manage treasury, banking, and finance operations. The role involves handling banking relationships, fund management, loans, forex transactions, and regulatory compliances to support business operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities.
Manage working capital limits, term loans, and other banking arrangements.
Review sanction letters and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
Handle loan documentation, renewals, and ongoing banking compliances.
Ensure smooth and timely processing of all banking transactions.
Plan and monitor fund requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Manage ODI transactions in compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations.
Handle foreign exchange transactions for imports and exports.
Plan and execute hedging activities to minimize currency risk.
Coordinate with banks for forward contracts and negotiate forex rates.
Submit periodic statements, reports, and documents to banks on time.
Support internal and external audits by providing required banking and finance information.
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA or equivalent qualification preferred.
8–14 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, RBI & FEMA regulations, and forex management.
Experience in working capital management and loan documentation.
