Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warranty Incharge - Automobile, located in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing all warranty-related activities, including processing warranty claims, managing warranty policies, and coordinating with the service team to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities also include ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing warranty-related concerns and collaborating with manufacturers for claim approvals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating warranty claims and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret warranty policies and technical documents
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and warranty processes is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and tools
• Prior experience in warranty handling or service management is an advantage
