WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER

Job Description

 Ensure all aspects and processes of his department are established, maintained and continuously improved.

 Lead, motivate and coach his team to work efficiently and Follow up development program for high performance members to handle extra responsibilities and performance reviews.

 Monitor the cycle count and material stocks plus shipment from / to Affiliates

 Highlight the material shortages

 Follow on depletion plan of redundant and slow moving items plus material rejection and perform issue to Scrap

 Coordinate with Quality Department to ease the inspection of incoming material.

 Conduct follow up meetings with warehouse team and his superior.

 Handle and control physical material transaction from/to w/h and confirm stock update in the (JDE / LFS)

 Perform quarterly physical inventory of all materials

 Make sure FIFO is well implemented

 Follow up Container unloading Schedule with Broker

 Make sure Safety measurement is well implemented and follow up on execution

 Follow up Issue to scrap complete process by system and physically (IN stock till sending to Bailer)

 Follow up on material transfer to Affilaites
