Department: Back-End Operations

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Sector 56, Gurugram

Salary: Between Rs. 18000/- to Rs. 25000/-


Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Supervisor to support supply chain operations and data management activities. The role involves maintaining accurate operational data, monitoring inventory and logistics processes, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of supply chain functions. The candidate will also assist in analyzing logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Operations
  • Maintain and update inventory records and supply chain documentation.
  • Monitor logistics and shipment processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Track shipments and analyze delivery performance to identify delays or operational bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, damaged shipments, or inventory discrepancies.
  • Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal requirements, and operational policies.
  • Support vendor management and assist in supplier communication and negotiations.
  • Data & Operations ManagementCreate and maintain spreadsheets and operational reports for supply chain tracking.
  • Manage and update customer, order, and logistics data in company databases.
  • Transfer and digitize information from physical documents into digital systems.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Organize and maintain documentation related to inventory, logistics, and vendors.
  • Perform regular data backups and record maintenance.
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing data analysis and operational insights.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or data management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience with ERP systems such as SAP ERP or Oracle ERP.
  • Knowledge of supply chain analytics and reporting.
