Sourcing Specialist

Team and importance of the role

As a Sourcing Specialist , you will be responsible to work with the team in sourcing the candidates from provided job boards, meet monthly hire goals, establish relationships with consultants, candidate negotiation, ATS tracking.

Job responsibilities

Identify and source the candidates from job boards Monster/Dice/ LinkedIn and other sites.

Meet the monthly hire goals.

Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities. -

Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.

Update and track candidates in ATS in accordance with standards in real time.

Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.

Should have excellent written communication skills. -

2-4 years of recruiting experience (Technology Staffing Industry)
