Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Warehouse Supervisor for our distribution business in Ranchi.

• Manage daily warehouse work: inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Focus on priority tasks as per situation (e.g., picking during rush, clearing dispatch backlog on time)
• Arrange vehicles for dispatch when required
• Ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time
• Maintain stock properly and avoid errors
• Keep warehouse records, registers, and files updated
• Coordinate with billing, sales, and transport teams
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth work

• Experience in warehouse / logistics / distribution
• Practical and hands-on approach (ready to work on ground)
• Ability to take quick decisions based on need
• Basic knowledge of stock handling and documentation
• Good coordination and discipline
• Experience in FMCG / Pharma preferred
