Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor, based in Kanpur. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing shipping and receiving processes, ensuring efficient material handling, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role also involves supervising staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a warehouse setting
• Experience in Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling practices
• Proficiency in Inventory Control to ensure accurate stock management
• Skills in operating equipment such as forklifts, with valid certification preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of warehouse management software is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus
