Warehouse Operation Executive

Role Overview - The Senior Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing BECO’s end-to-end warehousing operations across India. This role ensures efficient inventory management, cost control, compliance, and seamless coordination with supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to support rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inward and outward movement of goods and ensure accurate system entries
• Create and verify GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for all incoming materials
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations
• Maintain proper documentation for all stock transactions
• Conduct regular stock audits and assist in reconciliation of discrepancies
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock availability
• Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and process compliance
• Support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations / warehouse / supply chain
• Knowledge of GRN, inward/outward processes, and stock audits
• Basic understanding of inventory systems (ERP/WMS) and Excel
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in FMCG / D2C / e-commerce operations
• Exposure to logistics and warehouse coordination
