Job Description: Warhouse Operation Executive

Location: Gurgaon, India.

Type: Full-Time (WFO)

Experience: 2 years of experience in D2C warehouse

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sourcing team for the timely receipt & dispatch of stock in the warehouse
• Perform GRN for incoming stock and inventory updates in the system
• Generate order working for efficient packaging, labelling, and shipping of items
• Liaise with logistic partners to resolve any shipment-related issues promptly.
• Execute various operational tasks in the warehouse to support business requirements effectively.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (CX, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to optimise operational workflows and achieve business goals.

Skills / Personality Traits:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp new processes and methods.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel to create dynamic dashboards and manage data effectively.
• Results-oriented with a proven ability to work independently and deliver under minimal supervision.
• Enthusiastic about working in a startup environment with diverse responsibilities and a dynamic workload.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Empathetic and capable of understanding and responding to the needs of colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ability to make informed decisions calmly and effectively under pressure.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in D2C warehouse preferably within the fashion/apparel/lifestyle sector.
• Experience with Uniware and Shopify is a plus.

Compensation: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
