Warehouse Manager

The primary manufacturing unit in Daman operates 15 production lines, including a large assembly workshop and a 2,000㎡ warehouse, with an annual capacity of 6 million LTE smartphones. PCT is expanding with a second facility designed to produce up to 24 million units per year. Role Description The Warehouse Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Silvassa. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and finished goods in a timely and accurate manner. This role involves managing inventory levels, maintaining stock records, optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Warehouse Manager will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate with production and logistics teams, and monitor workflows to support on-time manufacturing and delivery. The role also includes implementing process improvements, handling equipment and resource planning, and preparing regular operational reports for management.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
• Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to oversee warehouse processes and support production and distribution efficiency.
• Candidates should possess practical Forklift Operation skills and experience with other warehouse equipment to ensure safe and efficient material handling.
• Experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing or electronics environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic ERP tools is beneficial.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work on-site in Silvassa and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field is an advantage.
