Warehouse Manager – WMS & Inventory Control | FMCG Industry

Location: Dodaballapur, Bengaluru | Experience: 4–8 Years | Employment Type: Full-Time | CTC: 5–6 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations at our Dodaballapur facility. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in FMCG warehouse environments, strong command over WMS and ERP tools, and the ability to lead ground-level teams while maintaining operational discipline and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum space utilization and efficiency
• Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to maintain productivity and discipline
• Implement and monitor safety standards and regulatory compliance across the facility
• Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and dispatch
• Track and report warehouse performance metrics; drive continuous process improvements
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments with accurate documentation and tracking
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams for smooth inventory flow
  
  

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong working knowledge of FMCG warehouse operations and inventory management practices
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms
• Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis
• Team leadership and workforce management capability
• Sound understanding of warehouse safety standards and compliance procedures
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
• Languages: Hindi, Kannada, and English (mandatory)
  
  

Qualifications

• MBA or relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management

• Available for full-time, in-office role at Dodaballapur
• Open to immediate or early joining
• Own laptop preferred
