Role Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Kanera, Ahmedabad. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily RM & PM operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient stock control, inventory management, and operational workflows. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory levels, monitoring warehouse activities, and coordinating the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role also involves supervising and mentoring the warehouse staff while ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Stock Control and Inventory Control to oversee and manage stock levels effectively.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Operations Management to optimize workflows and maintain efficiency.
• Experience with Food Processing Raw Material and Packing Material
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Proven knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
• Previous experience in the food or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
