Warehouse Maintenance / Warehouse Equipment (AM/DM)

Exide Energy Solutions Limited is looking for Internal Logistics in the Manufacturing organisation to achieve company’s goal at the Devanahalli, Bangalore Location.

Job Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

We are currently hiring for the following positions Manufacturing🛠Team:

Warehouse Automation & Maintenance (AM/DM):

• Responsible for maintenance and reliability of warehouse automation systems and material handling equipment, including ASRS, AGVs, AMRs, RGVs, conveyors, cranes, hoists, lifts, forklifts, pallet trucks, and stackers.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, HMI, WMS, WCS, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and reduce recurring failures.
• Utilize vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and IoT-based monitoring for predictive maintenance.
• Coordinate with OEMs for equipment installation, commissioning, upgrades, and technical support.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation.
• Work with SAP/ERP/MES for maintenance planning, tracking, reporting, and equipment performance analysis.
• Experience in maintenance of raw material and finished goods automated warehouses, including Li-Ion battery handling systems, is preferred.

Warehouse Equipment Engineer (AM/DM):

• Ensure reliability and availability of manufacturing equipment through preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate recurring failures.
• Maintain and optimize PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, robotics, conveyors, and automated production equipment.
• Support installation, commissioning, validation, and optimization of new equipment and automation systems.
• Monitor equipment performance using OEE, MTBF, and MTTR, and implement reliability improvements.
• Manage spare parts, maintenance records, and equipment history using SAP/ERP, CMMS, or MES.

Eligibility:

🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory)

Experience: 6–15 years of relevant experience.
