Warehouse Executive (ecommerce)

We are Hiring Warehouse Executive (ecommerce) for our Gurugram, Warehouse.

This job involves warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a range of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure completion of warehouse activities within TAT and meet the defined KPI’s
• Pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup
• Should be well versed with the warehouse processes GRN, FIFO, LIFO and Put away
• Conduct period audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high level of stock accuracy
• MIS Reports creation Monthly, Weekly and Daily
• Ensure adherence to healthy, safety and administrative guidelines and procedures
• Coordination with transporters/courier partners for dispatches, RTO orders
• Generate E-way bill, Good Receipt, checking bills of vendors as per agreement
• Coordinate with the external as well as internal team members

Required Skills: 

• Experience 2~5 year, working in a similar profile with E commerce / Fulfillment Centre
• Knowledge in WMS / ZOHO or similar ERP packages will be an added advantage
• Graduate, Knowledge of MS Office and Google docs
• Good communication and listening skills
• Should be able to perform task under pressure, be able to work 6 days a week
