Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Contract Role)

About The Role

In this role, you will coordinate deliveries and pickups, support warehouse operations, communicate with customers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience looking to grow in operations and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers regarding deliveries, pickups, recoveries, and service requests through calls and emails.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and resolve operational queries.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and MIS using MS Excel.
• Prepare and manage email communication related to operational activities and recovery processes.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
• Support daily warehouse operations and help maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for operational activities.
  
  

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working from warehouse locations.
