Designation : Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team at RentoMojo. In this

role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring timely order processing,

inventory management, quality control, and coordination with internal teams, drivers, and customers. You will

play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, managing staff schedules, and generating

operational reports to support decision-making. This position is crucial in delivering a seamless customer

experience through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the Warehouse operations in particular

locations. The key responsibilities include:

• Processing daily orders and ensuring timely dispatch
• Managing proper storage, dispatch, and receiving of stocks at the warehouse
• Quality control management and coordination with third-party service providersforrepair
  
  

and replacement

• Handling damaged stocks, repairs, scrapped items, and accessories
• Monitoring daily warehouse activities, conducting stock count, and periodic audits
• Generating MIS reports, maintaining accurate system entries, and filing related documents
• Managing warehouse staff, including helpers, technicians, tailors, and carpenters
• Attendance and weekly off management for employees
  
  

CandidateQualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in inventory management, logistics, or related roles
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to QA standards
• Proficiency in data entry and computersystems
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Efficient dispatch, product QC, and repair amp; maintenance
• Accurate system entries and MIS reporting
