Job Description

Assist with receiving, scanning, and storing inventory in a timely manner.
Handle the picking, packing, and dispatching of products for Modularity Home Inc, a premier wholesaler and distributor in the home goods sector.
Maintain organized and clean warehouse environment.
Operate handling equipment and ensure safety regulations are followed.
Collaborate with team members to efficiently meet the distribution demands of our clients.
Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum requirement of a High/Senior High School degree.
Experience Level:
Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or related fields.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and demands.
Experience in staff coaching and personnel management.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
Financial literacy to manage inventory and resources.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in managing daily warehouse operations.
Coach and lead warehouse staff effectively.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Conduct regular equipment inspections.
